We are announcing the arrival of our new partner Fabiana Fonseca, a lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in Corporate Law, Real Estate and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

From now on we will be ‘Tribuci · Fonseca Advogados’, consolidating our firm as a benchmark in Corporate Law and especially in the Energy market.

In 2023, Fabiana Fonseca was recognized in the Real Estate practice by Chambers and Partners, and led Corporate and M&A areas ranked for several consecutive years by The Legal 500 and the IFLR 1000, highlighting her work in complex domestic and cross border transactions and restructurings.

In addition to her professional experience, Fabiana Fonseca brings to the firm a solid academic background, including a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidade de São Paulo (University of São Paulo) – USP, research at the Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationals Privatrecht, Hamburg, Germany, postgraduate studies at the Universität zu Köln (University of Cologne), Germany, and almost two decades of experience as a college professor.

In addition, our office will open its new headquarters at Rua Renato Paes de Barros, 750, Itaim Bibi, in São Paulo (SP).
